Tough Mudder for Tree of Hope

July 16, 2020

Early in 2015 staff were asked to think about charity fundraising events to raise money for Noah Collins and Jake Skinner at the Tree of Hope. A team of two Cantillon staff have signed up to run Tough Mudder in May.

This is a 12 mile obstacle course with many hard and testing obstacles that are designed to not only physically exhaust you but challenge you mentally too.

The company holds monthly square raffles whereby staff can win £50 and £50 goes to Noah and Jake. Staff have been encouraged to think up new and exciting ways to raise more money for the boys.

Later on in the year the team are hoping to put together a cycling challenge for the slightly less competitive staff to help do their bit in raising funds for the boys.

Both the boys are now post-op and doing well but the recovery process is a long one, with physio and ongoing treatment to enable the best outcome from the operations, these boys still need funds.
