Temporary Works & Enabling
Enabling works can be executed independently or in conjunction with main contracts in order to secure sites with the provision of hoardings, 24 hour security and mobile patrols. Services can be disconnected, terminated or diverted to minimise risks whilst design development is undertaken.
To assist design development we can undertake structural investigation and analysis of the existing fabric including, where necessary, the required access. Decontamination and removal of hazardous materials can be completed in advance of main works to enable unimpeded access.
Specialist engineering solutions can be designed to overcome temporary support issues during the demolition and construction phases of a project. These can be integrated with the permanent structure or new construction works. The installation of temporary works schemes are executed by our own fully trained operatives under the supervision of our design team.
All services can be provided as stand alone contracts prior to main works commencing.
