London School of Economics

Cantillon were awarded the demolition contract to facilitate the centre buildings development at the London School of economics. Demolition of 30 floors has been undertaken concurrently across the East building, The Anchorage, Clare Market and St Clements East wing. Works were undertaken under a JCT design and Build contract.

Cantillon undertook the structural stabilisation package of the existing Georgian brick buildings at 5-15 Sun Street Terraces on behalf of Alloy Mtd. The terraces had remained empty and for over 30 years and had fallen into a state of significant disrepair.

Cantillon have been appointed by Great Portland Estates to undertake partial demolition, structural alterations and enabling works package for 148 Old Street. Previously the location of the Old Street Royal Mail Sorting Office, after refurbishment the building will deliver 151,000 sq. ft. of high quality office space.

Stonebridge Estate
