Cantillon continues to make health and safety its top priority – demonstrated perfectly by the company’s impeccable record of no RIDDOR reportable injuries, diseases or dangerous occurrences since 2006.

To maintain this exceptional standard, Cantillon has made a total investment of more than £17,000 on training in the last 12 months alone, all of which includes a large emphasis on safety. These training schemes include Modern Adult Apprenticeships, NVQs and Traffic Marshall Training to name but a few.

As a result of these standards, every site operative is trained to the highest standards available, or is in training to gain the correct standard. It is this proactive approach to health and safety that earned Cantillon a coveted ROSPA Gold Award for outstanding practice for three consecutive years.

Another example of the company’s committment to staff welfare in the continuation of the ‘Lifestyle Medicals’. Free to employees, they focus on key health indicators and offer confidential access to a number of medical services with an occupational doctor.
