Cantillon really is going for gold at the moment as the company celebrates a spate of awards that it has won in the last few months – including victory at the prestigious Specialist Awards 2010, where it won the Demolition Category.

Even though it’s early in the year, Cantillon has also picked up a Gold Medal in Occupational Safety from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents and a Bronze Award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

The company has a strong track record in winning industry awards – a firm sign of its status as a leader in the demolition sector. Judges in all awards were especially impressed with Cantillon’s social awareness and the extent to which the company goes to ensure its works don’t prove a disturbance.

Mike Cantillon, Managing Director of Cantillon, commented: “Though it’s only half way through the year, we’re already doing pretty well! We are really proud of the awards and all of our staff, who’ve worked hard to make sure Cantillon is recognised as a leader in the industry.
